How long is delivery?

Delivery times may vary depeding on products and location. We try to dispatch our products is soon as possible, but we prioritise quality over anything.

How do I personalise my design?

We understand that personalised gifts mean so much more than anything else, which is why we have made it as simple as possible.

You can email us and send us a desription or a picture that you would like to be personalised and we can do our best to meet your standards.

What should I do if my product arrives broken?

We are extremely sorry to hear that! We use multiple means of potection in our packages to prevent things like this happening. If however, your product is broken, please send us an email with a picture and order number. From there, we can arrange a refund or a replacement.
